We hope you love everything you buy from us!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Lloyd Robinson CLothing, then we’re fine with that too. The best way to get a refund or exchange for your item is to return it to us within 30 days of receiving the goods (sale items within 15 days).
If you want to return items to us, please remember they should be in their original condition at the time of return and be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
* Clearance sale items may not be returned.
** Customized items may not be returned.
You have 3 options when returning:
- Refund:Receive a refund back to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Returns must be received within 30 days from the date when you received any items you bought to be eligible for a refund. But, there are 2 more alternatives:
- Exchange:Love it, but need a different size, color, or style? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of receipt of the items. Exchanges are always free!
- Store Credit:We’re sorry your order didn’t work out, so let us make things right. If your return arrives back to us within 30 days of your receipt date, you can receive Lloyd Robinson’s store credit for the amount of your return that you can use toward finding something else you’ll love.
Before mailing us back any items you bought, please contact us for the detailed return instructions.
You’ll receive an email to notify you as soon as we have received, checked and processed your refund.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items via a tracked or untracked service please contact us.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers from a collection service or courier when you contact us.
You can cancel anytime from the point of payment until goods are dispatched by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
